To ensure a delightful experience for all our visitors at the MERRI Christmas Tree Farm, we have implemented a timed entry system.
Please remember to book your ticket online prior to your visit.
Unfortunately, without a ticket, there will be no entry to tag your perfect tree.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!
HOW DOES THE TIME SLOT SYSTEM WORK?
When you book a ticket, please remember to choose your preferred arrival time. This helps us effectively manage the number of visitors during each time slot, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone at MERRI. We look forward to welcoming you.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The time slot you select is your arrival time.
Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for our 3pm time slots, access may not be possible due to limited daylight hours, and closing an hour after the last time slot
We recommend arriving a little early to fully enjoy your time with us.
CAN MY TICKET BE MODIFIED?
Yes. Our booking system allows you to cancel your ticket, and we really appreciate it when people do cancel rather than just not turning up.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so within 48 hours of your original booking, so your ticket can be released for someone else to book.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY TAGGED TREE?
You pay for your tagged tree on the day the you tag it.
Once you've agreed on the tree you want and it's tagged, it becomes yours.
We will take care of it until you decide to collect it or have it delivered.
Payment can be made by cash or card*.
* Assuming WIFI is working. If our WIFI isn’t working, there is a Post Office right opposite our farm where you can withdraw cash.
WHEN DO I AGREE WHEN TO COLLECT MY TREE?
You agree when to collect your tree when you pay for your tree.
You can collect your tree, five days a week (not Mondays or Tuesday).
Weekdays (Wednesdays, Thursday, Fridays) = 10.30am to 12.30pm
Weekends = 10am to 3pm.
WHEN DO I AGREE WHEN TO HAVE MY TREE DELIVERED?
You agree when to have your tree delivered when you pay for your tree.
We deliver standard-sized trees (3ft to 7ft) on two dedicated weeks, at the end of November and the start of December, and allocated location deliveries to certain days of the week.
Delivery dates outside these dates maybe possible if our delivery people are available.
