(Will appear here & on our Facebook page at end September)

THESE ARE OUR TICKET SLOT BOOKING TERMS

To make sure everyone has a MERRI visit to our Christmas Tree Farm, access is by timed entry. You must book your ticket online in advance of your visit. No ticket equals no entry to tag a tree.

HOW DOES THE TIME SLOT SYSTEM WORK?

When you book a ticket you must book your preferred time to arrive. This is to ensure we manage the number of visitors per time slot.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The time slot you select is your arrival time.

Please Note. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for our 3pm time slots, access may not be possible, due to limited daylight hours and closing at 4pm.

CAN MY TICKET BE MODIFIED?

We consider all time slot tickets to be confirmed and final at the time of booking.

If you do need to cancel your booking, please do so within 48hours of your original booking, so your ticket can be released for someone else to book.

We do not charge a fee for our time slot tickets, but do make a note of no shows on the day, which may impact your ability to book another timeslot.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY TAGGED TREE?

On the day to tag it.

Once you’ve agreed on the tree you want & its tagged it becomes yours and we take care of it until you decide to collect or have it delivered.

Payment is possible by card or cash.

PLEASE NOTE

If you decide you don’t want the tree you tagged and want a refund, we will retain a £5 non refundable deposit to cover the admin involved in tagging your tree & the fact that it’s not available for someone else to buy.

Here are some compelling reasons why tagging your tree before the big day is the best decision you can make:

1. Avoid the Rush:

The closer we get to Christmas, the busier the farm becomes. Tagging your tree ahead of time allows you to avoid the crowds and the stress that comes with last-minute shopping. You'll have peace of mind knowing your perfect tree is reserved for collection or delivery* at a later date.

* delivery is usually set to the last week in November & first week in December. Delivery is subject to availability & weather conditions.

2. Take Your Time:

With early tagging, you can take a leisurely stroll through our farm, taking your time to choose the tree that truly speaks to you and your family's holiday spirit. There's no pressure, no hurry (unless its the 3pm time slot, which only allows you an hour until closing time)—just the joy of finding "the one."

3. Coordinate with Your Christmas Time Schedule:

Tagging early gives you the flexibility to pick up your tree at a time that suits your busy Christmas schedule. Whether you want to set it up in November or closer to Christmas, your tree will be ready when you are. Delivery is possible too!

* delivery is usually set to last week in November & first week in December. Delivery is subject to availability & weather conditions.

4. Memorable Family Tradition:

Tagging your tree can become a cherished family tradition and an enjoyable experience of finding and tagging your tree together. It's a memory-making event that adds to the magic of the season.

5. Ensure Tree Freshness:

By tagging and scheduling a later pickup or delivery, you ensure your tree is as fresh as possible for the holiday season. A fresh tree not only looks better but also retains its needles longer, giving you a beautiful centerpiece for all your festivities.

Tagging your Christmas tree at our farm is more than just a convenience; it’s an opportunity to embrace the holiday spirit early, secure the perfect tree, and create lasting memories with your loved ones.

Visit us in November to tag your tree and ensure this Christmas season is the best one yet!
