We know price is a key element when considering if you wish you choose to pick flowers at our farm, so here are the prices upfront. We plan to offer 3 options in 2024
ONe Standard Flower Arranger’s Bucket, £30
Two Smaller (Green) Flower Arranger’s Buckets, £30
NEW FOR 2024
When 2 x £30 spaces are booked for a date, we open up two x £15 options.
To maintain an intimate, personalised (and sustainable) experience, we limit sessions to a maximum 8 participants, This ensures everyone gets the chance to fully enjoy the beauty of our flower plots and receive the attention you deserve if you need any advice when cutting flowers.
Fancy staying for another hour?
If you have another hour to spare (11.30am to 12.30pm), we also offer a tea/coffee and cake add-on on some Saturdays which is hosted within our Cabin with Rachelle.
A Tea/Coffee and Cake for two after a PYO Experience is £10.
Sorry this option is ONLY available when you book a PYO Experience.
NEW for 2024
Throughout our 2024 season we also plan to offer single variety experiences. These experiences will also include a informative tour of our flower plots and guidance on how to select the perfect stems.

PYO Sweet Peas, £5 pp for 20 stems, Saturday Mornings in June & July
PYO Dahlias, £15 pp for 12 stems, dates tbc

WHAT'S involved in a pyo experience?
Embark on a guided tour of our designated PYO Flower Plots dotted around our farm where Rachelle will share insights on how best to cut a mix of flowers, fillers and foliage.
Picking Your Own Flowers is a delightful activity where you get to handpick your favourite flowers directly from the field. It’s not just about choosing the flowers; its about creating a personalized selection of flowers straight from Mother Nature’s garden.

Secure your space on one of our PYO dates by booking & paying via our ‘sumup’ booking tool.

After your booking Rachelle will add your booking to our Events Calendar & you will receive all the information you need to enjoy for PYO date within the calendar invite.

1 = e-voucher sent to you or the recipient (no admin fee)

Bookings.
Q. Can we bring a friend?
Yes. A £15 or £30 ticket covers access to our farm for 1 or 2 person picking flowers and 1 additional person. Please let me know when booking.
2. Cancellations by you
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, the following refund terms apply:
1.Up to 14 days before event = Option to transfer to another date in 2024.
2. Less than 7 days before event = NO refund.
CANCELLATION AMENDMENT as of 6th September 2024
MORE than 30 days before PYO =
One transfer to another date in 2024.
OR Partial Refund which would be as follows;
Retention of Non Refundable Deposit(s) by us to cover processing your cancellation and losses if we cannot resell your original booking.
Non Refundable Deposit = £10 per £30 PYO Ticket
Non Refundable Deposit = £5 per £15 PYO Ticket
LESS than 30 days before PYO =
No refund.
You can resell your tickets or gift to a friend.
Just let us know sowe can xgsnge the name on the booking.
GIFT VOUCHER PURCHASES
We do not offer refunds against Gift Voucher purchases.
3. Cancellations by us.
We reserve the right to cancel a PYO experience. If we cancel, we will endeavor to give you at least one week’s notice. You will then have the option to transfer to an alternative date or have a full refund.
In the event of ‘extreme’ weather conditions. E.g. Heavy rain, Thunderstorms or heatwaves, we will review the weather forecast up to 2 days before the event.
IF a Heatwave is forecast, we reserve the right to bring the time forward to say 10am for a more comfortable experience (with the prior agreement of participants already booked in).
4. Do I Need To Bring Anything With Me?
Please Bring Your Own Scissors & Bucket/Container to take your flowers home in.
If you forget, it’s not a problem, we do have spare scissors & buckets.
Because the ground underfoot around are farm is even, we also recommend wearing closed toed flat shoes.
5. What if it’s raining?
We are a ‘whatever the weather’ flower farm.
If the weather is wet, our PYO Experiences still go ahead and we highly recommend viewing the weather forecast before visiting to determine if you need to wear araincoat or sunscreen.
Arrival to and Departure from MERRI Flowers
We will be there to greet you in the car park when you arrive at our farm.
Please note, our PYO events are supervised events. We do not allow people to wander around the farm without the host
We accept no responsibility for any property left on the premises during or after your PYO Experience.
Please Respect our Flower Stem Quantity Guidelines
To maintain a MERRI experience, we request that participants gather no more than 5 stems of the same flower variety so everyone on the same PYO time slot can enjoy the flowers too.
We also request that PYO participants aim to cut no more than 40 stems of flowers within a standard bucket & 20 stems within a small bucket, which is approximately a half-filled bucket to avoid flower petals being crushed, bucket from cracking and us stressing that we won’t have enough flowers to cope with the next day’s PYO Experiences.

Our farm is a working farm. The ground underfoot is uneven and there are a few natural trip hazards. Because of these hazards, all of our events on our farm involve the farm owner or a co-host being with participants at all times and we cannot cater for wheelchair access.

This option is ONLY available when a PYO Experience is booked
The same cancellation terms apply to this option.
If required, allergen information will be available prior to the date of the PYO Experience & will be available on the day.
2024 Gift Vouchers
The same cancellation terms apply to this option.
Our vouchers are not refundable and have no cash/refund value.
Our 2024 Vouchers are available to use until September 2024.
